Email Safelisting: If you've ever had trouble getting Michael's messages and especially if you plan to use an email account provided by a large corporation, university or government institution, we recommend you follow our Safelisting Recommendations to ensure essential messages with your member benefits come through. To start, you can forward any message from MichaelSMARTPR to your IT help desk and ask, “Will you safelist emails from this domain? I have invested in a professional training program with this company and want to be sure I get all the emails with my program benefits.”
Okay – all ready? After you’ve taken those brief steps (adding Michael's email to your address book, completing the Safelist Instructions and New Member Questionnaire), you're ready to go!
By now, you should have received an email with your initial login information. But, as we noted above, it can take awhile (especially on webinar days) for our systems and your email provider to connect the first time. Once it arrives, use the info there to log in. After logging in, you can change your password on your My Account page.
