I paid for the course, now how do I login?

I signed up for the course but I’ve lost my login information. What can I do?

Is there a deadline for completing the course?

You will have access to the course for 365 days, but most people finish the course within the first month or two. We just want to offer you the time and flexibility in case something unexpected comes up.

 

Can I purchase a couple modules separately vs. paying for the entire program? I have specific areas that need more work than others.

Yes. Each of the four modules is $249 and the full course is $799 (savings of $197).

 

I just purchased the online course, but I never received a receipt. How can I get one?

Is there a discount for non-profit organizations?

No, sorry, we do not offer a discount for non-profit organizations.

Unfortunately there are no transcripts available now, but we’re considering adding this resource as we make updates to the course.

 

How interactive is the Definitive Guide to PR Writing? Is my work going to be critiqued?

The course at its current rate does not include any critiques. However, we are considering whether to offer an add-on that includes critiques, feedback and Q&A.
